Day 19/365-Buttons!

January 19, 2009

So, this is late because I fell asleep around seven the day I was supposed to post this and woke up around 6 the next morning, stayed home all day where I didn't have access to a computer until now. Anyways...
Period Breakdown:
1-BioTech: The teacher talked and no one understood her. She also doesn't know how to use an overhead projector, which seriously isn't that hard.
2-History: We were supposed to take notes but I didn't cause I never do.
Brunch-Don't remember.
3-English: Sold some pins (as shown in today's pictures) for $1 and all the proceeds go to cancer research.
4-Health Academy: We had a baby! Mrs. Gower brought out the birthing mannequin and if I haven't said it before I'll say it again, I'm not having a baby.
Lunch-Had a HOSA meeting and paid for the first part of SLC.
5-Journalism: Talked about nothing.
6-Business Finance: Worked more on my powerpoint and got more excited and nervous for the presentation. I always feel really proud of my work until it's time to show it to people. Then I get nervous and second guess myself.

Like I said before, I fell asleep really early and slept all through the night. Having a regular sleeping schedule is throwing me off.

Day 20/365-Can everyday be a sick day?

January 20, 2009

Since I went to bed so early yesterday I woke up around six today. I got p and went to the bathroom and on my way back to my room my mom asked me if I was awake. I went and talked to her and we agreed because of the weather and me being sick that I should stay home. So, all day I laid in bed and played GTA all day (and finally passed a mission that I thought I couldn't) and watched TV. There was a tiny excursion where I went to the store and got some Emergen-C and got a bagel. I think the guy at the bagel place is starting to recognize me. He didn't even take my name this time. He also made sure it had a TON of cream cheese on it. We also had spaghetti for dinner and the sauce had mushrooms which I highly approved of.

Now I have some flickr things to do and some homework. Today I missed part of a lab and a practice medical terminology test for SLC.
